Your First Visit

We strive to make your initial visit with us as stress-free and straightforward as possible.  When you are with us, your comfort is our priority.  We appreciate the trust you place in us to be part of your oral health goals.  Our team works hard to ensure that you feel at ease in the chair and with your treatment plan, while giving you your healthiest and most beautiful smile.

Completing Paperwork

On your first visit we need to gather some information about you so that we can provide you with the best of care.  We gather medical information as well as prior dental history to give you with the best comprehensive care plan which takes into account all of your health needs.  Please arrive at our office about 5 minutes before your appointment, and we will have you fill out your forms if you did not bring the forms that were mailed to you.  Our new patient forms are also available for download on our website.

Depending on your appointment type, one of our dental assistants or dental hygienists will greet you in the lobby area and bring you back to the chair. If you don't have current x-rays, we will take a series of digital images and intraoral photos to document the condition of your teeth.
If you are seeing hygiene, they will clean your teeth, talk to you about any problems you are experiencing, and answer questions.  Our hygienists and assistants are both happy to provide personalized pointers for getting the most out of your oral care.  Finally, Dr. Aldrich will review all your information, evaluate the condition of your teeth and gums, and complete an oral cancer screening.

Reviewing your Financial Options

When you are ready to leave a member of our front desk staff will be happy to go over the financial aspects of your treatment and schedule any future appointments.  We accept numerous insurances, and have many options to make treatment affordable and convenient for all patients.  See our financial page to learn more.
